Outward Bound Loch Eil runs centre-based courses all year round and expedition courses during the summer months.

Activities offered

Courses focus on personal development using the full range of outdoor activities and group problem-solving tasks, as well as a full winter skills programme. There are extensive facilities on site for challenge activities with transport and equipment to meet the needs of all courses. Outward Bound Loch Eil is AALA licensed.

Location

A former shooting lodge on the edge of a sea loch, Outward Bound Loch Eil lies seven miles west of Fort William in the Scottish Highlands. On the doorstep of Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest mountain, and one thousand square miles of wilderness stretching from the Hebridean Islands to the Grampian Mountains.

Outward Bound Loch Eil has accommodation for up to 120 participants, ranging from twin en-suite to 6 person dormitories.
