Organising walking holidays since 1989 Rua Reidh provides a professional service in the long distance trek around the Torridon Mountains, Wester Ross and guiding wildlife walks around Rua Reidh Lighthouse near Gairloch.

Activities offered

* Guided day walks from the lighthouse most days throughout July and August. * Nature Quest - long weekends with a guide to explore a variety of wildlife habitats - coastal and mountain - to see birds, whales & dolphins, etc. * Torridon Trek: a 7-night self-led walking trek through the Torridon mountains with accommodation and luggage transfer all arranged. Intermediate graded walking. * Rock Climbing Courses: Practice the basic skills and techniques of rock climbing. Try abseiling, belaying, learn rope work and knots.

Accommodation

The Lighthouse offers accommodation for up to 20 in double/twin/family rooms, and two hostel rooms, some with en-suite facilities. Choice of accommodation: B&B or rent the whole lighthouse on a self catering basis.
