North-West Frontiers (established 1986) offers a unique programme of walking holidays in the Scottish Highlands and islands.

Activities offered

You can explore remote glens, magnificent mountains and sparkling lochs, isolated islands and beaches - fantastic walking in a wild, uncrowded landscape. We have qualified leaders who are experienced and committed to giving you a good holiday. Many of our clients return every year. There is a mixture of age groups, and of couples and people travelling singly; the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Our normal maximum group size is 10 per leader to ensure individual attention.

We offer holidays throughout the North-West Highlands and islands. Centres include Ullapool, Torridon, Skye, Harris, Knoydart and Glen Affric.

Accommodation

We arrange accommodation for you at the holiday bases we use. This can range from simple hostel to superb hotel accommodation - the choice is yours.
